Key OHRC programs include:
• Speakers: OHRC will schedule Holocaust survivor speakers for schools, churches and other groups.
•Teacher workshops and seminars: OHRC teacher volunteers hold in-service workshops that combine Holocaust history with innovation teaching strategies to assist students in their moral decision-making.
• Sala Kryszek Writing and Art Competition: open to middle and high school students.
• Holocaust Memorial: School groups are greeted by docents who guide students on a tour of the memorial in Portland.
