March 29 bus tour to explore discrimination history

The Oregon Jewish Musuem’s “Yes We Can! Unlearning Discrimination in Oregon” will culminate with a bus trip exploring Portland’s history of discrimination.
Fasten Your Seatbelts: It’s Been a Bumpy Ride will depart for the three-hour tour from the museum at 9:30 a.m., March 29, the final day of the exhibit.
Co-sponsored by the museum, the Oregon Area Jewish Committee and the Fair Housing Council of Oregon, the tour includes stops in the Albina neighborhood, Vanport, PGE Park (site of KKK rallies) and Old South Portland. Snacks will be provided.
