On the first night of Shavuot, Jews throughout the world observe the centuries-old custom of conducting an all-night vigil dedicated to Torah learning and preparation for receiving the Torah anew the next morning. Chabad of Oregon will offer classes from midnight-4 a.m. including "Getting to know G-d": explore the "personality" of G-d through more than 3,000 years of Jewish scholarship. Looking at sources ancient and contemporary, from within Jewish tradition and without, examine the "Jewish demand" to perceive the divine image within every person.
