Oregon State Representative Mitch Greenlick (D) will speak about the state of health care in Oregon and the nation at Congregation Beth Israel during Shabbat service. Rep. Greenlick has a PhD in medical care organization from the University of Michigan and was director of the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research for 31 years.
