Kol Shalom Sunday Forum. Dr. Joshua Fost, assistant professor at Portland State University, will discuss “News of the Death of Dualism Has Been Greatly Exaggerated.” In keeping with humanistic values, he will explore dualism in religion and how a naturalistic, scientific view of the mind is both more correct and more desirable. All are welcome to attend a potluck lunch after the forum. KS will provide bagels, cream cheese and sparkling water.
