Congregation Beth Israel celebrates summer with special outdoor Kabbalat Shabbat. Services. Also on Sept. 11. Both at 6 p.m. service will feature music, birthday blessings and stories and songs for the whole family. Limited seating will be available for those who prefer not to sit on the grass. Bring your picnic blanket and brownbag dinner and plan to stay afterwards for z’mirot and schmoozing. In the event of rain, services will be held in the Temple.
