Teal Ribbon lunch educates, raises research money May 17

Teal Ribbon Luncheon II, a gynecological cancer awareness and research fundraiser, is slated for May 17.

The luncheon will include a silent auction and educational speakers.

The event is organized by the Sherie Hildreth Ovarian Cancer Foundation, which Hildreth created after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. In addition to the educational/fundraising lunches, the SHOC Foundation has also hosted Sherie Hildreth Ovarian Cancer Empowerment Day Run and Walk for four years to raise funds for cancer research.
