About 40-50 people (including adults and children) stopped by and were able to say the blessing on the four kinds in the sukkah, and then were able to enjoy the open buffet table. Rabbi Menachem Rivkin of Chabad Jewish Center of Hillsboro also walked to Intel on the the first day of Sukkot, with the “four kinds,” so that employees there who wanted to say the blessing would be able to do so. Rivkin said, “It is the first time that there was someone in the Intel Sukkah to help employees do the mitzvah on the first day, which is the original commandment in the Torah, as it says: ‘And you shall take for yourself on the first day, … the splendid fruit of a tree, fronds of dates, the branch of the thick-leafed tree and aravot of the river.’”
