SEEING RED—The seventh annual Oregon Jewish Museum Gala art auction plans to “paint the town red” on Sunday, May 4, at the Governor Hotel downtown.

Painting the town red is the theme of this year’s main fund-raising event for the OJM. Planners say there will be lots of red on view and up for sale at the auction, including the classic retro Electra Red Betty woman’s bicycle donated to the auction by Lakeside Bicycles of Lake Oswego. The stylish two-wheeler features leopard-print seat and handle grips.  Ticket information will be available soon.
