Ozreinu, a Torah study/spiritual support group for parents of children with any type of special needs, has added a third meeting site.

A program of TASK, the disabilities awareness program of Jewish Family and Child Service, Ozreinu has been meeting at Congregation Neveh Shalom since the spring of 2006.

Congregation Beth Israel joins Neveh Shalom and Havurah Shalom as a host for the support group.

Upcoming dates and sites are: Thur., Feb. 21, Neveh Shalom, 7:30 p.m.; Sun., Feb. 24 , Beth Israel, 10:30-11:30 a.m.; Sat., March 15, Havurah Shalom, 3:15-4:30 p.m.; and Sat., April 12,  Havurah Shalom, 3:15-4:30 p.m.

“We’ve found parents feel more comfortable addressing family issues in a familiar environment,” said Inclusion Specialist Corinne Spiegel. “We’ll likely schedule another session at Beth Israel, depending on preferred times of those attending.”
