MJCC hosts health/fitness fair April 6

On April 6 from 1 to 4 p.m., the Mittleman Jewish Community Center will host the MJCC Family Health and Fitness Fair.

The event combines access to the MJCC fitness staff, massage therapists and reflexology staff, with fitness testing for kids and adults alike. Health screenings, body fat analysis and various demos of classes and equipment will be available.

Several health and fitness agencies will also have booths offering things such as health screenings, CPR and first aid classes, and an AED (automatic electronic defibrillator) demonstration.
