This year the Oregon Board of Rabbis will hold Yom Hashoah—Holocaust Remembrance—at Congregation Shaarie Torah. The event is open to adults and all students middle- and high school-aged. At 6 p.m. the Jewish Theater Collaborative will present a dramatic reading of scenes from "Kindertransport," Diane Samuel's play, followed by a dialogue with high school students, clergy and Holocaust survivors. The commemoration, "Children Will Remember," follows at 7 p.m. Bring a yellow flower to symbolize eternal life. 6 p.m. Congregation Shaarie Torah, 920 NW 25th Ave. 503-226-6131.
