Salem poet Lois Rosen will be the guest speaker. Rosen has received several awards, including first place in the Oregon Teachers as Writers contest. She also was a finalist in the Oregon State Poetry Association Poet's Choice contest. Rosen is the author of "Pigeons," a collection of poems that reflect on her Jewish childhood in the Bronx in the 1960s. $3 members and $5 guest. At a private residence.
