The theme for this evening of study is Jewish citizenship, specifically differing perspectives of Jewish identity and requirements for conversion to Judaism. The evening begins with Maariv at 8:15 p.m., then follows a study session with Rabbi Greenstein at 8:45 p.m. which includes a discussion of Ruth. There is a dessert break at 9:30 p.m., followed by a 10 p.m. panel discussion with Rabbi Isaak, Rabbi Cahana and Rabbi Brodkin. The panel will address who is a Jew from different Jewish perspectives.
