Bernice Menashe and Renee Ferrera will lead a five-session cooking class featuring the tradition of Spanish/Ladino food from Turkey and Greece. Each class will cover at least two recipes with in-class taste testing and all leftovers go home with students. Session 1 covers main course dishes; session 2 Oct. 30 covers appetizers; session 3 Nov. 13 covers pastries; session 4 Dec. 4 covers vegetable and beans; and session 5 Dec. 11 covers baking.
