Tickets are going fast to the Hanukkah Jewish Celebration Night at the Blazer’s Dec. 9 game against the Milwaukee Bucks, presented by the Portland Trail Blazers in collaboration with Chabad of Oregon.

Tickets are available on the Blazers Web site (tickets.trailblazers.com/deals and enter the password JPN), by phone 503-963-3974 or at the Everything Jewish Store, 6684 SW Capitol Highway.

In addition to group seating in four seating sections at the game, the event will feature pre-game Hanukah activities, menorah lighting and a post-game party for young adults. Those who purchase tickets at the reduced price for the Jewish celebration night also will receive a t-shirt commemorating the event.

Additionally 10 youth under age 12 will have the opportunity to be part of the Courtside Kids halftime experience. The first 10 groups to buy 20 tickets or more for the Hanukkah celebration game will be able to choose one youth to go on the court at halftime and meet the players as they return to the court. To ensure your tickets are recognized as a group purchase, order tickets by phone and tell the Blazers which group you are affiliated with.

Gates open at 2 p.m., with the Blazer’s taking the court at 3 p.m.

Azamra Orchestra will perform before the game on the fan stage located on the South Concourse. And children’s Hanukkah activities will keep children busy until the game begins.

After the game, Chabad is hosting a party for young adults ages 21 and older in the US Plywood Room in the coliseum. Game tickets are required to atend the party, which includes a no-host bar, music and Hanukkah foods.
