Speaker Dr. Amy Marcus-Newhall is an associate professor or psychology and the associate dean of faculty at Scripps College. Her primary areas of scholarship are intergroup relations and reduction of prejudice, aggressive and hostile behavior, hate crime attitudes and stereotypes held about and by employed and stay-at-home mothers. She has received grants from the Mellon Foundation, the Irvine Foundation, the Hewlett Foundation and the U.S. Forest Service. An AJC Luncheon Lecture Series event hosted by Susie Marcus. $15 per lecture with lunch or $5 per lecture beverages only.
