Gesher hosts TASK/Tikvah for Hanukkah

Twenty guests, including some Lewis and Clark students who helped out, came to the party at Gesher hosted by Rabbis Laurie Rutenberg and Gary Schoenberg. The TASK/Tikvah members participated in making cookies, building their own Hanukkah Menorahs, and singing songs led by Schoenberg.  Dinner included sizzling latkes.

“We’ve had hundreds of different groups to Holiday and Shabbat dinners at Gesher. No one is ever the same.  But this one was extra special,”  said Rutenberg.
