Regarding Victor Sharpe’s article in the Nov. 1 Jewish Review, to speak of my ignorance of history, my delusional foolishness, and my horribly confused mind is not the same thing as a rebuttal of what I said.
Victor Sharpe and I have profound differences concerning history. In my view, he distorts history to serve an ultra-Zionist agenda.
I am deeply concerned for the welfare and survival of the Jewish people everywhere, including those in Israel.
In my view, the state of Israel is on a self-destructive course of endless, escalating crisis.
I view a secular, democratic state as the way to survival for Jews and Palestinians alike, and to avoid an outcome even more grim and ugly than the current reality.
